Russians are all superstitious people. They may also deny this, but it cannot be denied. These superstitions affect my life each and everyday. Most of the time they could be harmless and I go along with them to humor your own. Sometimes I tease her in it.
New superstitions pop up a great deal, as new situations arise in life. I keep telling her i always need a rulebook for them. Perhaps someday I will codify them in a book.
Russians are raised with these superstitions so they don't need to consult a manual.
Here are some of them. It is in no way an exhaustive list:
1) You can't whistle in a home or car, as they believe that you are whistling away your money.
